DIAGNOSIS
Comprehensive testing is performed and you will receive a full report with results from shutter speed testing, infinity focus accuracy, internal condition etc. A flat fee of 500 DKK is required and fully deductible if repair offer is accepted.

REVIEW & REPAIR
When the offer is accepted work will begin and can be tracked via the repair tracker. Pictures are uploaded directly from the technician's workbench.

RETURN
Finally your repaired camera is either hand delivered or shipped via insured GLS express. Usually 1 day domestic and 2-5 days EU.

We offer a complete, secure and insured shipping solution for your precious equipment. An extra sturdy box with expanding foam pouches is shipped directly to you with a return label. You simply place the equipment for repair in the box, let the pouches of foam expand around it creating a secure environment and ship it back with the included label. Easy, stress free and secure. Prices vary on weight and destination.

We also accept cameras shipped by you and will ship them back to you in the same sturdy and insured manner as the complete shipping solution.
